8/10/10 We have had another busy week. A priority has been learning our Harvest prayers ready for our Harvest celebration on Monday 11th. The children have done well at learning their lines but need to practise saying the prayers a bit louder and in time with their group/partner. It is a big deal for them to stand in front of an audience so hopefully we will be 'alright on the afternoon!'
As part of our science work we had a couple of visitors into the classroom this week. Cassia Reid (age 2) and India Freebrey (4 months). They were both very well behaved and gave us an opportunity to ask questions about their needs and capabilities. We also had great fun looking at our baby photos. They have been added to our science display for a guessing game.
Mrs Ayling joined us for P.E on Tuesday to do some tag rugby. The Y3/4 have the festival in a couple of weeks so we needed a bit of practise! It was a fun session which gave all the children a chance to try the game. We are planning to do more next week.
Other news: We have a student, Miss Gobey (from Cirencester College) working with us on a Monday and Tuesday until Christmas.
Kim Williams is student of the week this week. Well done Kim :)
